I’m heading back to California this weekend to start my last semester of college. I’ll start hearing from graduate programs next month, and by mid march I’ll have to make a choice about what I’m doing next in life.
It’s going to be both a challenging and interesting semester. Challenging because Chinese is going to take a lot of time (we’re up to over a hundred vocabulary words each lesson) and because I designed a fairly rigorous program for my independent study. Interesting because I want to be taking most of these classes, and have passing interest in all of them.
I will try to keep posting photos as long as I’m having fun doing it, and If the opportunity presents itself, I’ll use this as a launch point for the projects I’ll be doing for my independent study. Expect as a result to see a series of essays and coding projects looking at distributed computing here over the next few months.
